Man due in court on Saturday following firearm incident in Ballymun

A man is expected to appear in court on Saturday charged in connection with a firearm incident in the Poppintree area of Ballymun on March 11th.

Gardaí were called after a man was seen with a gun, they later found a firearm at a house on Cranogue Road, Ballymun.

The area around the house was sealed off following the discovery of a device and the Defence Forces Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team were also called to the scene.
