This game shows off what the iPad does best – a few minutes of distraction that quickly becomes addictive. The object is to get from one end of the level to the other, collecting tokens, gaining high scores and avoiding falling. Controls are simple: you pedal with one button and trick with another. The tricks you perform are decided by your situation. If you’re on a rail, you’ll perform some custom grinds; if you’re trying to bridge a gap, you

might perform a tail whip or a superman. You'll need the extra height and boost those tricks will give you. There are also obstacles along the way. Miami Slice puts moving cars in your way; Hell Hole pits you against rolling skulls. It's all addictive, with replay value enhanced by the addition of in-app purchases that give you a skateboard (a nod to fans of Stickman Skater) and "race the ace", where you must beat a ghost rider to the finish.
