Malév crew take title

In a survey earlier this year of 15 million passengers from 95 countries, the cabin staff of Hungary's Malév (www.malev.com) came out as the best among the airlines of eastern Europe. Malév was awarded best airline in eastern Europe by Global Traveler, a US magazine. The carrier is now offering 25 per cent discounts on flights to Budapest for children aged 2-11 and 33 per cent for destinations beyond Budapest. Business-class travellers can take a companion for free.
